Hey, I'm Megs

Founder of Radical Movement

Growing up as a competitive figure skater, among other sports, I have always had a passion for sport, fitness, and health. I fell in love with strength training through the years of working with strength and conditioning coaches while training for skating, and after stepping back from competition, there was nothing I wanted more than to pursue a career in coaching and personal training.

As an ex-competitive athlete, I understand firsthand the struggles encountered after the competition ends. From relearning how to create structure in your day, figuring out how to fuel your body around a changing lifestyle, setting new meaningful goals, figuring out how to train and stay consistent on your own, to finding your purpose and identity again. I created Radical Movement to help fill in some of those gaps for others trying to navigate similar paths.

With an emphasis on strength training, we are dedicated to coaching, educating, and supporting our clients while they strive to improve their health, performance, and overall well being. The Vault Fitness Academy

The Vault Fitness Academy is a private personal training gym in Winnipeg that has opened its doors to our Radical Movement family since opening in early 2022. The Vault provides an exclusive, private, and judgement free zone for athletes and general fitness clients to train, acquire skills, and achieve results. As a community, trainers and clients alike, we encourage connection, exuberance, and of course hard work!
